In the Business Development role, she represents the top parts suppliers, equipment suppliers and service providers in St. Louis. For her network of repair and body shops, she brings an exceptional level of service, industry knowledge, and professionalism to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship. Being a liaison and bringing companies together is nothing new to her. She has been in Collision since 2004 and spent the first 12 years in sales and marketing. Shelly has years of experience in maximizing sales, prospecting, developing referral sources, and managing the sales process. In addition, she has gained valuable experience as a Talent Development Manager and General Manager of two collision shops. To do her part in making a positive impact on the industry Shelly volunteers with two non-profits. She became involved with I-CAR a few years ago and is currently the Chair of the St. Louis Committee. She is also the President of Women In Automotive And Collision.
